Kimberly Wright is a full-time, proactive, trusted real estate advisor tenured in the industry since 2005. Kimberly decided to become the owner of an Independent Real Estate Brokerage after much “soul-searching” and many years of hard work. With a strong desire to return to her “roots”… working with professionals passionate about their field of work, developing relationships, and getting to know clients on a personal level to serve their needs in the best way possible – “Wright Real Estate Services” came into existence!
Kimberly began her career in the real estate industry as a member of a boutique real estate brokerage in Sequoyah Hills in 2005, having a passion for assisting Buyers and Sellers in our local real estate market. She earned her Broker’s license in 2008, having completed her “Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)” training, along with past service in the legal field, ensuring her ability to support and direct Buyers and Sellers through the ever-changing complexities of the real estate market.
An East Tennessee native growing up in Blount County/South Knox County (“SoKno”), Kimberly and her husband Jim call the Sequoyah Hills area of West Knoxville “home”. Along with her work as a Real Estate Broker, she is also a stepmother to Jim’s three daughters: Sarah-Katherine who is an attorney/owner of TLC Closings (a division of the Tennessee Law Center, PLLC), Margaret-Grace who is beginning her career as a pharmacist in Blue Ridge, Georgia, and Anne-Constance who has earned her Master's Degree in Education. Jim is a senior partner at the law firm of Butler, Vines & Babb, PLLC where he has practiced for 41 years.
Kimberly spent 15 years in the legal field prior to transitioning to the real estate industry in 2005. Historic and mid-century modern homes in the Sequoyah Hills, Forest Heights, Westwood, Historic North Knoxville, 4th & Gill, and Island Home neighborhoods have a special place in her heart.
Having also spent the past several years working extensively with investors, developers, engineers, inspectors, property managers and HOA’s, buying and selling investment property and condominiums has become an unexpected niche’ as well.
